Objective of CGV – Fields of application
hese CGV apply to the sales of Gift Cards and Gift Packages, in Euro, both in France and abroad, by Millésime.
They will be sent by post, email or fax to any Client who so requests.
The act of placing an order implies complete and unreserved acceptance by the Client of the CGV, and will prevail, where necessary, over any other condition, version or any other contradictory document. Any contrary condition presented by the Client will therefore be unenforceable upon Millésime, unless it is expressly accepted, whenever it is brought to their attention.
The Client declares they have become aware of these CGV before the signing of the contract and has accepted them totally and unreservedly.
In this respect, for each order placed on the website, the Client must confirm their acceptance of the CGV by ticking the box for this purpose. This acceptance is not conditional upon a handwritten signature.
The acceptance of these CGV assumes that the Client has the legal capacity to make such acceptance. If the Client is a minor or does not have such legal capacity, he declares that he has the authorisation of a guardian, appropriate adult or their legal representative.
Millésime reserves the right to modify and update these CGV at any time but it is nevertheless stipulated that the CGV applicable will be those in force on the date of the firm and definite order from the Client and are accepted as such by the Client.
The Client recognises the evidential value of the automatic registration systems of Millésime and he agrees not to contest them in any litigation, unless it is to present contrary evidence.
In accordance with the stipulations of articles 1125 and following of the French Civil Code, these CGV may be retained on computer systems and/or reproduced in print by the Client.
The fact that the Groupe Millésime does not avail itself, at any given time, of any one of the clauses of these CGV may not be interpreted as renouncing the later prevailing of any of the aforementioned conditions.
The days mentioned in these CGV are understood to be calendar days.
